How We Use Your Information

• To contact you about our AI receptionist services after you submit a lead form.
• To provide and improve our AI receptionist service for businesses that subscribe.
• To monitor site performance and fix technical issues.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

Data for Subscribed Businesses

If your business subscribes to Marion AI, we process customer interactions (calls, messages, chat) on your behalf. This data belongs to you. We act as a data processor and only use it to deliver the service you've engaged us for. We do not use your customers' data for our own marketing.

Data Retention

Lead form submissions are retained until we've completed the follow-up conversation. Business subscriber data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days, after which it is deleted upon request.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting on Cloudflare, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
